Sorry Grey Walls but we will not be back. Our last stay - in july 2009 was confirmation that you do not value your customers.
There was noone on reception for the 3 nights we stayed; your barman asked for full payment upfront before we had even entered the room;our room was cleaned once during our stay; there were toothpaste smudges on the tooth mugs and hairs in the bath; dirty cups at breakfast and cereal packets that were 4 months out of date.What the hell? Your online information said you were upgrading the rooms - we saw no evidence of this - damp stains on the walls and missing light bulbs; unhoovered carpets.... need I go on. Wont be back.

Wonderfull Pub with cask ales, Great food Lovly homemade grub. staff go out the way to help. the room was fantastic lovly and clean. Will return soon
