This hotel needs a lot of loving ,tender care. Room 17 is terrible with holes in walls.
Skirtingboards & doors required cleaning. Bath edging needed replacing.

We stayed at the hotel in July 2009. good size room although in need of decoration, very nice sea view which we paid extra for but worth it, staff very nice and friendly including the boss, he was a great help to us, food good, toast always hard though, it was unfortunate the lift broke down while we were there but the management did try his hardest to get it fixed before we left, it was out of order for 3 days. having breathing difficulties it wasn't fun for me, it was fixed the day before we had to go home, too late for me though, I was so very out of breath trying get up and down the stairs, It's a pity the dining room was in the basement, we were lucky, we were on the first floor, only 17 stairs to go up and down, some people had to go up and down from the 3rd floor to the dining room.
Apart from all the complaints, we still enjoyed our holiday, thanks guys

Good position opposite sea. Staff really helpful and always friendly. Ground floor room a little dark because of being on back but perhaps could be bigger so as to help other disabled people. Mind you, not in it long enough to really notice that. Food excellent. Location good for all amenities and views across sea. Not sure about front steps. Could be more helpful if had better hand rails. Needs to say in comments about steps inside and out so people will be aware of them.

Have just come back from a brake at this hotel , the food/rooms are not good at all, the food portions small size when you get it after a long wait if you needed anything extra (OLIVER) had a better change then you. The rooms need a make over if the hotel inspector came she would not stop here very long
