Horrible.........the place needs redecoration on a massive scale. Food and waitress service was not bad, but otherwise!!!!. On first day, my bedsheet had a bloodstain, and other "human" stains on it. I was charged £2.00 for a small orange juice with ice in the bar. After complaining as it said £1.30 on the pricelist, I was told the pricelist was out of date. (against the law). Had to ask for replacement coffee to be left in my bedroom. Section of seating in Cabaret area sectioned off as ceiling looks ready to fall in. No facility to get a drink in the afternoon as hotel said "they dont have any call for it". Middle of cider country, and garden bar does not sell cider (when you can find it open) as the hotel manager said "there is no call for it" Do not have a dispute with female bar manager............its frightening.
