Excellent b and b. Very welcoming hosts and the cleanliness of the rooms hits you straight away when you walk in. Breakfast was beautifully cooked. Wouldn't look for anywhere else if we go back to Scarborough.

Really nice hotel with very pleasant and helpful hosts Karen and Lall.
We loved our week there. We had a beautiful family room with double bed and two single beds which were very comfortable
The room was large and well appointed and the place was spotlessly clean
The breakfasts were superb. The only problem was deciding whether the huge full English was the thing to start the day or the delicious continental, with a choice of rolls, toast, ham, cheese - my mouth waters as I type!
Very handy for everything. You literally cross the rosd for Peasholme Park and the beach is 2-3 minutes walk away. The town centre is a brisk ten minutes walk and the hotel is in a very nice area.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone based on our experience.
