Myself and my fiancee are regulars at the Wulfruna and have been for years, we booked for the 31 Dec and Wendy who owns the hotel said it was free either side. On the morning of the 21 Dec before departing for France I rang the Wulfruna, only to be told to call back in 20 minutes, I then received a phonecall to say that they had double booked, only to find we were staying 2 nights and the other people had booked for a week, so our booking was cancelled without our knowledge. Hugely disappointed to be let down this way by the Wulfruna Owners.

wev,e been going to the wulfruna hotel through different owners ...we have been once this year in june and are due back in sept we love the place it like home from home ....
