Me and my family stayed in the Monarch hotel for around three months one thing that stood out was the willingness of the staff to help – they were superb.
Our room was on the ground floor next to the reception. It had a smoke alarm en suite bathroom and a large window that was really nice when we had nice weather.
The linen was changed weekly for residents when we stayed the room needed to be redecorated so we had to move to the third floor but it was nice because we had an elevator and also stairs. The showers were always nice and hot and the management was always near if we had any questions.
Overall it was a nice stay, I would stay longer if I had the chance.
