I have stayed here many times on business. Out of these only two occasions have been pleasant. I general the rooms are extremely noisy (with my last room being above the disco until early hours despite my having requested a "quiet room"). Service to the room was very slow (I had to wait two hours for an extra quilt to be sent up by which time I had given up and gone to bed. Sleep was impossible as the disco was so loud it hurt and I could hear every beat as if I were next to the loud speakers. No shower cap provided despite there only being a jet/ power shower and no bath. There are no curtains and most rooms only have voile blinds which let all the light in. I have now requested that the company who carries out our bookings never book me into this hotel again.
