The word terrible doesn’t come close to describing this, it should be a no star hotel. The lady that was running the restaurant was very rude and treated us with little respect we felt. Everything we asked for it was “unavailable” I mean, the bar never had any sparkling water? The menu was advertised to end with coffee and mints but they gave us one mint between two people. We were told that they were short of mints – just after the meal we saw the lady behind the bar helping herself to the mints that they had “run out of”.
This hotel should be shut. Terrible service, Terrible manners – terrible hotel.

on arrival at back entrance was met with dark dismal passage took lift up to reception was just as drab dark nobody in attendense.
iff i had been looking for accomadation and walked in foyer i wouls have run out. went back to pick up keys went to out room what a surprise it was lovely bright clean with big bay window beatiful bathroom it deserved its 3xxx rating. but went downhill very fast after the evening meal was of poor quality with not much to temp your taste buds no chefs special .the waitressses need a training course of manners when serving ,
as very surly seemed to want to rush you and get you out.some people had been back there so all i can say is there must be creatures of habit. overal the bedrooms nice but the food /service/decor of the hotel is not worth 3 star. i have had better choice of food/service at shearings 2xx hotels there.
