The Chester Residence totally deserves the wonderful reviews I have read all over the internet it is the best hotel in Edinburgh hands down. I stayed with my son in Room 2 for three nights (I wish It was more now!). The besroom, living room and kitchen were spacious, new, and very very clean. The décor was really nice and stylish. There was a nice view of a lovely garden from my room.
The kitchenette was always stocked with breakfast. Fresh organic breads, yogurts, cereal, juice and a lot more.
It is only a walk to some really nice restaurants on George Street. And an easy walk to downtown tourist areas of Edinburgh.
