Our company booked 4 rooms for Friday and Saturday 14/15 Sept 07. We arrived and checked in Friday lunchtime, having stayed several times in the past we expected a similar standard.
What a shock, rooms £10.00 per night more, cold showers, no breakfast, then "to cap it all" on arrival Saturday night being presented with our luggage and told that We had no rooms.
Talking at the bar to a customer he said he had just driven down past Chester and they had offered him a room, he suggested that we head north, as he had past an Ramada hotel!!!!. then one of our employees complained that some of his belongings were missing, he went up to the room he used on Friday to find his clothes in the wardrobe and the room "as he had left it", obviously not booked.
