Nobody on reception to greet us or the happy couple (wedding party). Our room was sub-standard and small for the £80 per night paid, with a broken door lock so it took 10 minutes each time to get in. Made reception aware but nothing was done. The shower was so loud it was like having a motorbike in the room. We were locked out at night after the function and had to be taken through staff quarters and the kitchen to get back to our room. Staff were eating cooked breakfast in reception the following morning. The manager was rude and obnoxious and completely dismissed our complaints. Sent two complaint letters but these were not even acknowledged. It seems their way of dealing with complaints is to ignore them - probably wise as it could be a full time job for someone judging by our experience. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
