The hosts were very friendly, although they disappeared through the day and were hard to contact in need of any problems. The location was superb. Ideally in-between the tower and the rides. Breakfast was fantastic, first class. So far so good, but the room was a big let down. Springs were poking through the mattress and made it uncomfortable. Room was very very small. Tea facilities were poor and the tv had basic channels with terrible signal as the tv belonged in the 1970s. The room was cold, the heating never came on. The bathroom was ridiculously too small to move in. Very out-dated. In need of major modern make-over.
