Lets be truthful here. This is not the Ritz. Its a Blackpool guest house but, as Blackpool guest houses go, its a good one. The rooms are the basic bed, wardrobe and ensuite shower with telly and tea making facilities. There are no fantastic views from the windows but the hotel is just a short walk from the promenade and a short stagger back.
The breakfasts are enough to last you the day and, if you decide to have them, the evening meals will fill you until the next breakfast and beyond.
What sets this guest house apart are the hosts, David and Simon, who go out of their way to make you feel welcome.
If you are looking for cheap and cheerful digs ideally situated just a few hundred yards from Central pier you have found them.
