Rob and Tina were really welcoming and accommodating and done everything to be helpful and very friendly, The room was very clean and fresh and we both enjoyed our stay at the Roach Vale thamk to them both.

I visited Blackpool on Monday 24th Sept 2007 and wanted secure parking for mine and my sons motorcycles. I entered 'secure motorcycle parking Blackpool' on google and Rob & Tina's Roachvale hotel came up on the first page.I rang the Hotel and spoke to Rob.I asked about parking and Rob was delighted to offer parking. Rob explained that the Roachvale was a motorcycle friendly hotel. When we arrived we were looked after superbly.The next time I am staying in Blackpool I will be staying at the Roachvale because I know I will receive a warm welcome and be looked after impeccably.

We have recently stayed at Roach Vale for the second year running ,The second time was as enjoyable as the 1st.
Rob & Tina can not do enough for you , the place is so clean & comfortable and you can have what you enjoy for breakfast without feeling you have to have what is on offer .Our grandaughters Chloe & Laura have already asked if we can go back next year

We have been going to Blackpool for years and wouldnt stay anywhere else but at the Roachvale ,Rob and Tina are very friendly the rooms are very comfatable (especially room 7:-)
and are always clean. Robs bar is always open and as seen us up while very late on many occasions
you wont find a better hotel in Blackpool and robs breakfasts are awesome. We have been twice this year and will be going again shortly the Roachvale really is a home from home

Rob and tina always give us a warm weloming to the hotel and blackpool. the hotel is cosy and relaxing and great food, just like being at home, perfect place to stay in blackpool, back again next year
