Food was nice , however the staff especially especially one man was so rude and miserable. We were not allowed to check in immediately, rooms are basic but noisy, I had to inform Mr. Miserable of the noise through the night and he had to phone the police to evict people in the next room, we were awake all night, he did'nt even have the decency to apologise. I love Blackpool itself but please dont spend well earned money in this hotel. If Mr Miserable you read this, you really need to lighten up alot. A smile and a being polite go a long way, if a child behaved like you do they would be told off. As for myself and my family we won't go back to the Kimberly again....not even if it were free.
