By the look on the website you would think you are getting a top-notch stay with 'friendly' staff. I didn't expect this to be perfect as it wasnt too expensive but my friend booked it as it genuinly seeemed okay. On arriving at the hotel, it appeared to be okay with a nice bar.. that was prior to meeting the staff. The girl on reception had a face like a 'slapped arse' to be frank and we seemed to be a trouble to her. To say the least, the room was not exactly nice as you were lucy if you could turn around in it.. if there was more than two people in that room then god forbid. Not only was the room small but it did not appear to be clean eitheer and the room seemed to be damp and smell fusty. Although the barman appeared to be a tad full on, he was such a friendly man.. he needs to give lessons to some of the other staff just to show them how to smile! I come down to blackpool annually and used to always stay at the Rewa.. the staff were so friendly and welcoming.. and although it may not have been the nicest looking hotel we were always guarenteed a great time!
