warm and friendly,very accomodating.good clean spacious room and breakfast first class.very close to southpier and easy access to public transport.on street parking.would recommend.

Excellent family run hotel-very clean, warm and friendly. Owners cannot do enough for you. Great location for all the attractions and a very enjoyable stay-will definately be booking again!

We come back to this hotel year after year because the hotel is clean and bright and the people that own it are so accomodating and friendly.
