Awesome Hotel, Have stayed a few times and have had no problems! Breakfast was a great success, didn't moan about big group of lads... and also had a retro 5p fruit machine... happy days!! No1 B&B in Blackpool!!

We arrived at this hotel quite by mistake but found that we could secure a room. The room was spotlessly clean, tidy and the owners were exceptionally friendly. There little dog is a darling and I could have taken her home. We have actually booked up for another night and are looking forward to the friendly atmospher. By the way, the breakfast was superb. A great place for a couple of nights in the centre of town. Highly recommended. Dont know what other people are looking for when they are not happy!!!! Superb cosy hotel and no problems recommending same.

stayed at this hotel at least 10 times,very basic but clean tidy and the food is 1st class,this is all you need if you go for the weekend and are all day.the family are quality very friendly and always go out of their way for anything you want,i stay here with my husband and kids,and also have girls weekends away and stay here.i very much recommend if you want a good time and meet a friendly family like we have,they are so much fun and will be friends if ours for along time to come,Mandy,Olly,Brett and Bobbie see you in a few weeks.

ABSOLUTLY AWFUL!!
AS SEEN AS I WALKED IN I WANTED BACK OUT!
We were greeted with a smile by the owner who we thought that was pleasent she kindly showed up to our room and when we opened the door we were revealed to a hell hole! it was terrible! the matress was about 2 inches deep;very uncomfortable!, there was dust everywhere! there were bunk beds in the room that we were told not to touch! The kettle in the room took 15 mins to boil! there was holes in the carpets, the walls were meant to white and they were yellow! The owner new we smoked as we were heading out front for a cigarette and then she said to us that we need'nt go out and show took us back upto out room and revealed under the plant pot..an ashtray!
and already the smoking ban was in at the time but she didnt care.
There was a bar area down stairs and we got our selves some coke and we drank it and we both looked at each other in discust! it was flat! it must have been there for 3 week! it was awful!
there was also a dog that was rooming round but that didnt bother us. if i was to give it a mark out of 10 I would happilly give it a -1. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! DISCUSTING!
