Our suspicions of this hotel were first aroused when we were asked for payment before we checked in, so we asked to inspect the room. It was shabby with stains on the sheets, walls and carpets and loose fittings, but it was passable and convenient so we agreed to the payment. Once we checked in we further discovered there was no kettle, the television didn’t work properly, the mattress was extremely old and uncomfortable and one of the windows was missing a curtain, so we had to tape a towel to it once the sun rose in the morning. The next day there was no hot water so we could not take a shower. We asked the receptionist for a discount as we had paid for a room with a shower, and were told that the manager would call us back. He did not (of course). Of all the hotels I have stayed in, this is by far the worst. Do not stay here! Save yourself!
