We have cut short our stay for our room was tiny, pokey noisy and under the staircase. We had no heating system and it all seemed like that room has just been added off-hands (we paid GBP 125 for it...). We were so disappointed that we raised the issue with the owner which all ended up in a strong argument. The owners had managed very badly the customers feedback and we decided to leave after that only night. The food is poor and mediocre, the website is far more attractive than what the B&B really is. The site used to quote a 10 min walking distance but after I raised serious complaints with regulation bodies, they have modified to 1 mile away from the centre which is not convenient at all if you wish to enjoy nice Bath. We will definitely not recommend it to anyone...
