The location, breakfast and building exterior were fabulous. However, the rooms weren't a patch on Premier Inn; no tea making facilities in the room, (shocking). As a female in my twenties, I was made to feel as though I must of been wearing a 'hoody' by the way I was treated by the man whom I believe to be the manager. When rain is over-flowing from the blocked guttering and it sounds like an elephant urinating on concrete- it is not 'just rain' that wakes you up at 2am.
Shame really, could be an amazing hotel.
